{"id":219,"date":"2025-11-15T09:11:29","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:11:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gourmetkitchen.de\/?p=219"},"modified":"2025-11-15T09:11:29","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T09:11:29","slug":"vanillekipferl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/gourmetkitchen.de\/en\/2025\/11\/15\/vanillekipferl\/","title":{"rendered":"Vanillekipferl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Habe ich im November 2025 gemacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>130 Gramm gerieben Maneln und\/oder Haseln\u00fcsse<br>370 Gramm Mehl<br>100 Gramm Zucker<br>1 Prise Salz<br>250 Gramm Butter<br>3 Eigelb<br>7 Pack Vanillezucker (macht es braun) oder Vanillinzucker (macht es hell)<br>Puderzucker zum Wenden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Vanillezucker kann man entweder zum darin wenden verwenden (so steht es im Rezept) oder in den Teig kneten (so habe ich es gemacht).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Zutaten zu einem Teig verkneten<br>K\u00fchl stellen damit die Butter etwas fester wird<br>Den Backofen auf 180 Grad Umluft vorheizen<br>Den Teig portionsweise zu R\u00f6llchen formen, etwa 8mm dick<br>Die R\u00f6llchen in 5cm lange St\u00fcckchen schneiden, zu H\u00f6rnchen biegen<br>Etwa 20 Minuten backen<br>Noch warm in Puderzucker wenden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br><br><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Habe ich im November 2025 gemacht.
