Mousse au Chocolat

If you are not afraid of raw eggs, such a mousse is really easy. The Chocolate Soufflé mix is chilled, not baked. Like this:

  • 5 eggs
  • 80g sugar
  • 100g bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled down

Good preparation is important, then this goeas fast. So: Prepare a serving bowl or several serving dishes. Prepare two mixing bowls. Keep electric mixer handy.

Separate egg whites and yolks into the two bowls.

Beat egg whites until very stiff.

Beat egg yolks until white and foamy, mix with the lukewarm chocolate. Stir (not mix!) into the egg whites.

Pour into bowl or dishes and chill for several hours.
