Nutella Mousse

This recipe is from some TV chef, but he will excuse me. I don’t like Nutella but I list it here because it is a success in the family:

  • a glass of Nutella
  • the same amount of liquid cream

Heat Nutella nd cream in a saucepan and let well up once. Makre sure Nutella and cream mix well.

Pour into a lage mixing bowl, cover, and put in the fridge for at least three hours or – better – over night.

Mix until stiff (put don’t make butter!). Pour into a decorative bowl or into serving dishes and put in the fridge again untill really stiff.
