Rosemary Potatoes

I have learned these potatoes from my wife. I find them a little boring and only useable as a side dish. But the kids love them, even as a main course, and preparation is really easy.


  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Olice Oil Extra Vergine

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Heat oven to 225°C.

Wash potatoes and cut to slices about 3/8″ (1cm) thick. Place on baking paper – the should overlap.

Sprinkle with olive oil, salz and rosemary

Bake for about 25 minutes.
